Solid Ground Wellness & Counselling offers trauma-informed counselling and emotional wellness support through individual virtual sessions. Services support individuals navigating burnout, trauma, life transitions, and the impact of high-stress professions.

In addition to counselling, Solid Ground provides education and professional speaking for organizations, healthcare teams, and first responders.

How long are counselling sessions?

Individual counselling sessions are 50–60 minutes in length.

How much do sessions cost?

The fee for individual counselling sessions is $150 per session.

Are counselling sessions virtual or in person?

All counselling sessions are currently offered virtually. Virtual counselling is available to clients across Canada, where permitted.

Who do you work with?

I work with adults who are seeking support for emotional wellbeing, including those experiencing burnout, trauma, stress, and life transitions. I also have a particular understanding of the unique challenges faced by healthcare professionals and first responders.

Do you offer reduced-fee or sliding scale sessions?

A limited number of reduced-fee sessions may be available. If cost is a barrier, you are welcome to inquire.

Is counselling covered by insurance?
